Transparency Guaranteed
Due to the nature of our work and to make sure our process is as transparent as possible, we use industry-approved platforms, such as Tradify and Xero. As part of our work with commercial clients, we request a minimum call out fee for every job, which is deducted from the final invoice. This allows us to fully inspect the site and document our findings to your future work order, rather than returning again to measure once the quote is approved. We’ve found this process reduces time spent on the project overall and therefore is cost-effective for our customers.
Compliance for Businesses
To manage commercial purchase orders, we use the job management platform Tradify. This is a professional job management system designed to offer you full visibility of each and every job you request from us. This platform records work orders and job photos to track all pending or completed work, scheduled times and service delivery. The platform also provides professional invoicing with full accountability of the work requested and processed with Xero accounting system integration. Work orders and job requests are processed through this system, making it easy to receive, schedule or reference any upcoming or previous work we’ve carried out for you.
INSURANCE COMPANIES
We work with insurance companies and their associated repair team specialists to fulfill essential repair requests or provide reports as a result of insurance claims, including extreme weather or storm damage, or reinstalling antenna systems and satellite dishes after roof replacement as a result of insurance claims.
TRADIES - BUILDERS & ELECTRICIANS
Our tradies service covers all aspects of antenna and cabling installations for new or upgraded antenna reception systems in residential and commercial buildings. Able Ant can be contracted to install and commission antenna systems for electricians and builders to ensure excellent results for their clients. Our pricing is competitive pricing when working with local trades and we operate with an HIA Tradepass.
REAL ESTATE - PROPERTY & STRATA MANAGERS
We provide ongoing support for Central Coast property managers and strata managers to complete essential repairs, upgrades, tests or diagnoses of reception and signal issues in their managed properties. We can easily do this via your preferred contact method or management portal, where new work orders can easily be updated to show progress and upload completion images.
